Ingredients (for one person)


  • 150g cherry yoghurt


  • A bag of Wachtigall


  • Chia seeds, sesame seeds & cereals


  • Fruits (such as blackberries)

Preparation

Mix the yoghurt with the quail egg and place in a bowl. Now add the chia seeds, the sesame, the fruit and the cereal over the yoghurt. So fast and easy is the Wake up - Bowl prepared.

Ingredients (for two persons)


  • 500g boiled spaghetti


  • 200g passed tomatoes


  • Two bags of Wachtigall


  • A small onion


  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste


  • 2 teaspoons olive oil


  • 2 cloves of garlic


  • Salt, pepper and dried


  • Herbs such as thyme, oregano, rosemary and basil

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until the sauce has a creamy consistency. Heat in a saucepan and add the spaghetti. Now just stir. The 5-minute pasta is ready.

Ingredients (for one glass)


  • 100ml rosé wine


  • 150ml Tonicwater


  • 1 bag of Wachtigall


  • 3-4 ice cubes

Peparation

Mix the rosé wine with Wachtigall and pour into a glass filled with 3-4- ice cubes. Now fill the glass with Tonicwater. For the taste you can still add lemon slices, frozen berries or limes.

Ingredients (for four persons)


  • 2 ripe, buttery avocados


  • The juice of a lime


  • 3 sachets of Wachtigall


  • ½ red onion


  • ½ chili pepper


  • 5 small vine tomatoes


  • salt and pepper

Preparation

First the avocado is cut open and spooned out. The pulp is then mashed together with the guardian. Now the vine tomatoes, the onion and the chilli are cut into small cubes and mixed with the puree. Now only the lime juice is added to avoid the browning of the guacamole. Now it depends on your taste: more salt or pepper? That's all up to you;) You can serve the guacamole quite classically with home-made tortillas!

Ingredients (for one large glass persons):


  • Blueberries, Blueberries, Frozen Raspberries


  • Schweppes Russian Wild Berry (20 cl)


  • Lillet (8 cl)


  • 1 bag of Wachtigall


  • ice cubes

Preparation

Preparation

First, the small watermelon in the upper quarter is divided once, so you get a "lid", which can be removed. Now the melon is being spooned out. Put the pulp aside in a bowl. Now wash the other fruits and cut into bite-sized pieces. Then put the 4 sachets of Quail Egg over the flesh of the watermelon and mix together with the other fruits. Now just add the fruit salad to the oiled watermelon. Finished is the Fruitbowl - a true vitamin bomb.
